I am at a loss as to how to move forward. I'd like to hear from others who've managed to successfully overcome their stuff to live a happy functional life. I've been deep in specialist trauma therapy for the last 4yrs & am still only able to function minimally. Along-side my trauma therapy, I've done 6 months of emdr which is great for single issues but not for multi-layered, multi-yeared early trauma. I just want to be back on my feet with this behind me.
