Mentally preparing for a job interview in a coffe shop cafe. What do you guys think is the most likely questions to be asked? What should I focus on?

It depends on the job. Look at he person specification they could ask examples directly related to that. However I recently had one and they threw me some curve balls

Look at the spec for example if it says evidence of providing customer service they may ask "tell me a time.of whwn you provided excellent customer service"

Try to use the STAR-L approach.

S - SITUATION- What was the situation
T - TASK- What was the task to be completed
A- APPROACH- What approach did you take?
R - RESULT- What was the result/outcome

L - Learning - what did you learn.

To through each specification point and work up some examples you may be able to use the same example for some points.

It's late. You're working hard.

Good luck
