This is a ridiculously long shot but I'm desperate. I'm being taken to court for a parking fine I got in Plymouth harbour carpark at the above date.
I was never parked because the carpark was rammed. I spent nearly an hour queueing in there. I've been told it will help my defense if I can get witness statements but I was only there that one day, know no one there and live in the Midlands! So i'm wondering if any of you lovely ladies can help!?
Bloody company (Britannia) is trying to get£225 out of me for sitting in a sodding queue! If anyone can help I would appreciate it greatly.
