I can't get hold of TUI ( tour operator)

I've got an urgent query that I need to speak to TUI about but I cannot get through on the phone. We travel soon and it's so frustrating that I can't get hold of a person to talk to. I'm just left on hold for ages. Any ideas of what I can do!

Download the tui app and then email. They respond pretty quickly. Make sure you give your booking reference.

What number are you trying, was it before they closed at 7pm? It sounds obvious, but are you staying on the line until they answer? Lots of people get bored and hang up!

Is it something specific to your booking or can we help?
