Endgame! Have you seen the previous ones though? Has DS? It's not really a stand alone, you should have at least seen Infinity War. It is over 3 hours long.

Endgame, but only if you've seen the other avenger films.

Endgame is a great film. But its 3 hours long. I wouldn't take an 8 year old at that time. Plus does the film even start at 7.30 or is it a half hour wait like ours?
X-men hasn't got great reviews. no idea how long it is.
Both have a lot of films leading up to them which might make both a bit confusing if you haven't seen them already.

Endgame is fantastic but only if you have watched the movies leading up to it. I don't think it would work as a stand alone plus you really need to know who all the characters are and their relationships to each other or it really won't make any sense.

I have an ds8 and he sat through all 3 hours no problem (well he bounced around on his seat in excitement, gasped and whooped and came over for a cuddle at the v. Sad ending).

I have no idea about the X-Men movie but am planning to take ds this weekend and he is super excited.

We are big Marvel/ DC geeks in this house though Grin
