90% sure it's not gynae - what could it be? IBS?

So I have pain in my ovary and uterus area. A twinge type pain, mixed with that full bloated, ready for a period type thing. Has been going on maybe 3 months or so.

I am on the depo so don't bleed and don't have period pains so ANY pain is unusual for me.

I've had an ultrasound. Nothing to note all fine.

I've had several urine dips and cultures - other than a miniscule (so small it almost unrecordable) amount of blood. Nothing else to show.

I've had 3 swabs done on Monday - cant remember what for but was MOST embarrassed to discover one was for Chlamydia.

The nurse said when performing these that if they come back clear, it's highly probable it's nothing gynae related.

So.... what else could it be. It's predominantly right hand side, just above bikini line - in ovary type area. twingey, pully pain. i then also get it on the left (mirror side of the right side) and get what I call period bloating - bloating in the knicker area.

I also find relief when I trump. I can only imagine IBS. But would IBS cause this kind of pain?

I had pain like this and a scan and blood tests etc. Nothing came back. My GP concluded "it is either bowels or scar tissue from c sections" and dismissed me! Not bothered about the pain once they had ruled out cancer etc.
