High NT and cystic hygroma

Hi, at our 12 week scan we was told that nt was high (7.9) and that the baby had Cystic Hygroma. We was referred to the Fetal medicine unit who also confirmed this.
I had a cvs which was normal.
At the 16 week scan the fluid had reduced the cysts had got smaller.
Just had our 20 scan and the fluid has completely gone and so has the cystic hygroma. We also had an in-depth scan of the heart and was also told that there could have possibly been a problem with the heart (hole in the heart) which has now repaired.
We have seen a geneticist and are waiting for results for Noonan Syndrome.
We have been told that our baby now is fine, however they can’t rule out the possibility of it being born with a genetic disorder due to the high nt at the beginning and possible heart problem which has now repaired itself.
Has anyone else had a similar experience and what was your outcome?
We are completely torn with what to do.
