of these cadburys Twirl bites 😡. I have serious PMT so sent husband for some emergency chocolate and I’ve just opened the pack to find what ever these things are!!!

Bites for a hamster?
YANBU.

Soola · 03/06/2019 20:23

That is a bite size though.

Or do you mean the amount of them in the pack?

Dickorydockwhatthe · 03/06/2019 20:28

I’m sure they are normally bigger then this 😤. Definitely hamster 🐹 bite size. Bad enough they ruined cadburys heroes and roses and now my favourite twirls 😭

I had a packet earlier. They were the same size as yours, mand have been since they brought them out I'm sure.

Ellabella989 · 03/06/2019 20:29

Roses are horrible now aren’t they?! They used to be my favourites when I was growing up!
I used to be able to buy a Twirl bar for about 30p when I was growing up too :-(

IHaveBrilloHair · 03/06/2019 20:30

Totes crap, they keep ruining everything.

julensaor · 03/06/2019 20:50

confused, twirl bites have always been this size?

PatriciaHolm · 03/06/2019 20:52

Twirls still exist, those are a different product!

Grumpymug · 03/06/2019 20:59

Yeah, those things are just a bag of disappointment!
They don't even taste like twirl.
Now giant buttons on the other hand...... 😍

StrongleBerry · 03/06/2019 20:59

That's why they're called Twirl Bites and not just Twirls(Which are still around even if they're not as good as they used to be.)

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 03/06/2019 21:18

I noticed the 4-packs of Dairy Milk/ Wispa/ Twirl/ Crunch bars often on promotion for £1 have shrunk by about 33% Shock

Rememberallball · 04/06/2019 09:06

@GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat, that’s nothing new. They have always been smaller than standard bars purely so they can market them as multipacks and sell them cheaper.

SoupDragon · 04/06/2019 09:08

I'm not seeing a problem with them TBH.

EffYouSeeKaye · 04/06/2019 09:10

Buy a ripple or several ripplesand chop into chunky pieces with a sharp knife. Infinitely better.

MamaRaisingBoys · 04/06/2019 09:10

I thought they used to be the size of the individual ones you get in the Christmas tubs

RubberTreePlant · 04/06/2019 09:20

It's the PMT perception effect. Try a whole cheesecake Wink

PutyourtoponTrevor · 04/06/2019 09:34

Twirl bites in their own bag have always been this size, the ones in the Heroes tubs are bigger as they are individually wrapped

Borntobeamum · 04/06/2019 10:02

I'd eat them!

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 05/06/2019 18:52

Rememberallball but they're suddenly really short now! This was in Sainsburys but presumably they're everywhere. I suppose it's good for the waistline.

I've mostly moved onto Aldi chocolate Grin
