That thing that's always hanging over you and gets less appealing as the days go by. I've got a couple of bits of admin to do and it'll be a weight off my mind when they are done but I just keep putting them off. Today is the day! Think I'll feel great when it's done and I can relax properly again. Anyone else?

You'll feel much better if you get something crossed off your list; I try to get unpleasant-ish stuff done first. As Mark Twain said/wrote: 'If it's your job to eat a frog, it's best to do it first thing in the morning. And If it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first'

Urgh same. I have a report for a work project that I need to write that I've been putting off for literally months, I keep telling myself I will do it and then I don't. It'll take me a couple of hours tops, but I can always find something better to do.

Enough is enough, I'm going to do it this afternoon.

I’ve always done this ,it really is the best way to do things. Worst stuff out the way then relax. I absolutely hate that feeling of having something hanging over you. I hate doctors appointments in the afternoon cause you’re waiting all day for them. I even eat the least favourite part of a meal first!
