2.20am & I am wide fucking awake..

Utterly pissed off with it. I've got rampant hayfever, yes even at night. My body has just decided I don't need sleep. I am grumpy as hell.

I am also very grumpy. Have been rolling around for HOURS.

Fed up over here. Had diazepam AND a sleeping tablet and still awake.

I had diazepam once... it was wonderful, like being on the moon...

I'm up too. Finished work at 2300, I yawned my way through my shift and couldn't wait to get to bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow though, I'm wide awake.

I've been out partying and drinking cider. I'm on the train home now.

I’m in hospital and prescribed it PRN (as wanted/required) 5mg every 4 hours. It helps a little.

Snap! I have a sinus infection, hay fever and a 5 day old cluster feeding baby. Kinda resigned to the fact I’m not going to sleep for a few weeks 😭😭😭

Can I join the wide-awake club? Thought I solved the being awake, by changing the duvet from winter to summer. Not working tonight.

This is my new average waking time unfortunately. I have fibromyalgia and severe insomnia and I can fall asleep no problem but just can't stay asleep.

The amount of tablets i take should knock me out for the night. At my worst I was talking 2x zopiclone or zolpidem and still waking up, doctor couldn't believe that they didn't work.

Hope everyone manages to get a little bit of sleep

Wide awake here too, and have been since 1...... I hate pregnancy insomnia - not being able to take anything for it really sucks!

Some plonker of a neighbour goes to work at 3.30am.
Lots of sympathy from me BUT the person who picks said neighbour up arrives with radio blasting and it wakes me up!
I am seriously considering setting the alarm and lying in wait to leap out and tell the daft bugger off!

In reality, I might have to get up an Hour earlier, get dressed and washed, and then apologetically mumbling "would you mind turning down your radio?"
Then being really worried about being rude and precious and not sleeping 😳😳😳😂
