Does anyone get uncontrollably "windy" mainly in evenings just after dinner? (IBS) Any tips?
Not too gassy during the day but really starts up in the evening after about 8pm-ish and obviously holding it in doesn't work when you're asleep either.
Regardless of food choice (though of course some obvious foods e.g. brocolli etc. worsen it)
Tried camomile tea, peppermint tea, chewing more etc..
