Can someone tell me what those big wobbly balls are?

They're advertised on the tv, I've seen the advert on milkshake ad breaks and keep meaning to pay attention. Can anyone tell me what it's called?

I think it’s called a wubble bubble OP, the bigger ones are called Super Wubble Bubble. Google for a list of who sells them
