When does UK weather usually improve?

By what month(ish)?

I thought End of May/June was suppose to be really hot sunshine.

Or is that just July and August?

Currently a bit miffed at the weather forecast on my phone, telling me it's highs of 16 today but completely cloudy Hmm So it'll be humid and sticky, the worst kind. I'd rather just have the cold.

The past two years on the bank holiday I’ve ended up with sun stroke Smile you win some you lose some

I’ve found the seasons are changing (certainly from when I was a child). Now the best weather tends to be in May. June July And August are just hit and miss. Last year was a fluke long dry summer, I really don’t think we can expect that again- worse luck!

We had a record-breaking early May bank holiday weekend.

That's it for the summer

(Possible exception, peak GCSE week - then nothing nice until 2nd week in September. Possible not then in Scotland)
