Does anyone else feel sad that nearly all the acts now sing in English? Only one so far has sung in their home language, makes it less special in a way I'm sure that it wasn't always like that and English seems to have taken over in the last few years. Remember being really enthralled by the different languages it makes it a bit boring.

I get the feeling that some countries just dont want the expense of Eurovison , Iceland do not want the hassle of winning

DD says they were wearing more at this performance than they were in the Icelandic selection (and that the runner up was truly dreadful)
