I have a roast beef in the oven, potatoes boiling and I'll add Yorkshire puddings. Haven't decided on veg yet, carrots and peas maybe! And gravy of course.

What are you all having?

Spanish chicken stew with vegetable rice. I made the stew yesterday so lots of time to get the flavour

Oven baked salmon with new potatoes, baby carrots, asparagus, beans, broccoli and brussie sprouts.

Bacon and mushroom gnocchi bake with hm tomato sauce and mozzarella.
Never made it before and no idea how it will turn out!

Take away. Chicken tikka masala, garlic nasn, rice and chip oh and wine. This is my friday night, 3 days off work bliss

Nothing as I was working today!! My dh was not so this morning he asked what I needed done today I said just make the tea!! He asked what would I would like !! I said surprise me!! So he made bloody nothing that’s the surprise!! He did do the garden we are now in a Mexican stand off about who will give in and make something!!

M&S chicken Katsu tenders with cheese and salad wraps. I'm tired, just in from work and dh will be back from training with the kids and I know they will eat it.

Homemade cheese and onion pie with jersey totals and salad

Morrison's Chicken Kievs (very, very good BTW. Almost as good as Booth's) with Uncle Ben's golden vegetable rice. Chardonnay to drink. Simple, inexpensive, tasty.

Fried chicken plus 'fresh' pasta and a packet sauce.

I made chicken korma - my favourite recipe where the chicken is marinaded in the paste, so turns out really tasty. Had it with rice, cauliflower and some random "indian snack selection" bits that had been in the freezer just a bit too long!

We had a Cuban pasta dish from the Simply Cook box- it was delicious! Eton mess for pudding.
