I live in an area with natural springs/wells that people go and fill up huge containers from.
I've only ever filled up bottles to drink that day!
I'm trying to stop buying bottles water - I buy it because the tap water tastes yuck even filtered. I want to start filling up from the spring.
How long would the water in one of those large 25l containers stay fresh for?! I know I sound ignorant here. I've just got a thing about drinking stagnant water from childhood and am a bit nervous!
