Worried about losing teeth at young age

Has anyone on here lost teeth at a young age?

I have had issues with my teeth since I was a toddler. I have quite a few fillings from my teens and now in my late 20s, I'm very worried I'll need implants to replace them. I really look after my teeth now but unfortunately cannot make up for damage done years ago.

I have been so upset at the thought of losing teeth (there is one which is in my smile line). Has anyone had teeth implants and have they lasted a long time? My dentist tells me not to worry and that my teeth should be ok for years to come but my anxiety gets the better of me.

I keep telling myself it's just teeth in the grand scheme of things isn't it.

I’m 67 and despair overmy teeth
I’ve lost quite a few and actually have a false one at the front
I think I’ve lost four in total
All the back ones are drilled, filled, pieced , capped
I now have a brilliant dentist who is helping me keep what I have
Use those colour tablets to show up the plaque
And a very small brush to brush it off and something to get between
Be sure to brush all sides of the tooth
Have regular check ups
