I took my girls out to lunch, then shopping, after we'd played with our cats in garden. Later to arcades and now back home, they are having a competition washing my car ( whose side is cleanest 😁). One of them is wearing their brand new top whilst washing said car, but assures me she won't get it messy 😶😮
My son has just got home from work (PT) and is cooking the mash for our beef casserole.
Not much excitement here but it's been a lovely day pottering..

Staying close to home. Done food shop, playing in garden, done laundry.
Tomorrow, egg hunt in garden, then swimming.
Monday, may go to local attraction.

Church today and tonight (walking with Jesus thing for the kids; Easter Vigil for me), tomorrow will be church, an Easter egg hunt with our neighbors and then a family brunch buffet. With lots of mimosa!

Been at friends for a few nights went to splash landings as the Easter Hols treat. Did NT place with the rest of the known universe yesterday. Finally back at home so lazy choc day tomorrow and pottering no more spendy stuff so just low key. Prob go for a walk the woods nearby have bluebells starting to show.

Yesterday took DD to get her a new duvet cover as her Easter present. Did a bit of shopping and that was it. Today had a lie in, bought food for tomorrow’s dinner, sat and sunbathed whilst DD played in paddling pool and then had a BBQ for dinner with wine. Tomorrow will be gardening, cooking a roast dinner and watching Incredibles 2 as a family.
Monday we are off to London to do touristy stuff and then coming home on Tuesday.

All very low key and immediate family focused.

Yesterday DH and I went to get a deli lunch which ate in the sun of the church grounds where we got married last year. Then popped into church to say hello & light a candle in memory of DM.

Today we were up early and in the garden along with both sets of neighbours. We have stripped all bushes and hedges out but had to leave the overgrown ivy when I scared myself by finding a robins nest. But the parents have been back frequently so we know they are ok!

Tomorrow is more gardening with PIL help. Will cook lamb & chicken on the bbq with salads for Easter lunch. Have got G&T cheesecake chilling for dessert

I've been WFH and now finished. Tomorrow we are off to legoland and staying over. It's going to be overrun but will make the best of it!

We did nothing much yesterday. Dd2 did, very dramatically, pack her bags to leave though (9yo; had a no-sleep sleep-over the night before). I sort of hung about waiting for someone to want to do something, but no-one did

Today we've been to a local-ish big park with a picnic. There's loads to do & even 12yo dd1 (who doesn't sit with me on the bus any more 'cos it's not cool!) has asked if we can go again.

Tomorrow we'll see Grandparents for a while but not much else, I don't think. & if no-one wants to do anything on Monday, I'm going to nip to town for some bits for my Guides' residential at the end of May.

Yesterday, we had church and Then giving out Easter eggs and hot cross buns in the town after the service....then went to an outlet mall and ate out at a Chinese Buffett restaurant

Today we were at A Day Out with Thomas event, two very happy Thomas mad dc!

Tomorrow we will be at church in the morning, and dc will have an Easter egg hunt right there, and baptisms, which will be awesome. Then we are going to my parents for lunch, I will do another little Easter egg hunt for them in the garden but not with chocolate eggs.
Then we will go and see my godparents in the evening

Monday I will have to work so dc will have a daddy day! Not sure what DH is going to do with them yet, probably soft play and lunch out or he might do woodlands walk. Then a chill evening for school and work next day x

We did the garden on Friday - cut the grass and chopped a few bushes back etc.

Today we stayed in, did the laundry, tidied the house several times and did the grocery shopping.

Tomorrow the dc will hunt for the eggs that dh will hide in the garden in the morning. Then we're having a bbq (just a small one for the 4 of us) and a quiet day doing nothing much else.

On Monday we might venture out to an English Heritage type place for a fun day out before the kids go back to school on Tuesday.

We spent today in Cambridge with the in-laws - lunch out and a wander around the shops; going for a picnic at the local reservoir with my mum tomorrow after the Easter egg hunt and nice breakfast, then a barbecue in the evening; chilling on Easter Monday - going for a walk and a drink with some friends in the afternoon, hopefully lazing in the garden other than that.
