Please help me find a " small world"shop play set

I am after a table top sized shop play set. So would be a small world type toy. So not a Childrens life size shop.

Ideally a little set with figures like playmobil sized people or animals. So they can go into the shop and then can go to the till and buy things. I can't find anything like this. Can anyone help me find this please ?

It's for a 3 year old boy !

Sylvanian families? They do all sorts of different shops.

I second Sylvanian families - seems quite expensive but we've had quite a few sets past through the generations that they still sell today. They sell every type of shops plus everything else you'd need for a town. you do need to buy the animal families separate but that's half the fun!

That mall is something else, I can imagine that the pieces would be all over my house in seconds, I think it's for a bit older than 3.
