In Novemever 2018 my son had hand foot and mouth, which was fine. A few weeks, maybe even a month or two, later his nails started peeling off... I took him to the gp and we had a referral to a dermatologist (demanded one as we were worried and GP was useless!). Dermatologist said it was as a result of HFM. Fine.
Fast forward to almost 6 months on and today one of his fingernails has come off again. I'm going to take him back to the GP because he's also had a couple of nosebleeds recently too but was wondering if anyone else has had the nail issue 6 months plus after HFM?!
And the nosebleeds... is this normal??
