Can I save my bolognese???

I made a batch of bolognese on Tuesday. I popped some in the fridge as I was planning on using it tonight for dinner but I have some chicken which needs used today and we are out for dinner tomorrow.

Can I now transfer the bolognese to the freezer? Or can I not freeze it now since it's been in the fridge?

Thanks

Fine to freeze!

You can definitely freeze. I would pop a note on it saying ‘frozen after 2 days’ so you know to use it straight away once defrosted.

God I eat bolognese that has been in the fridge for a week.

Yes it’ll be fine to freeze.
