I woke up a couple of days ago, nothing had changed from the day before, I had nothing on the horizon eg a job interview, an unpleasant trip to the GP yet I felt so anxious! It’s been with me ever since. Is it just me or do other people feel anxious when there seems nothing to feel anxious about? I went out for coffee with friends (old friends) but started to feel so anxious I had to leave early. I hate it and I started to get very frustrated with myself. I now feel really tired with this constant anxiety.
