There has been a pattern of weird things happening to me recently. First I received a text from Utilita Energy that my bill was due and it was all legit. I’m not with them and never have been. I emailed but no response! Now I got a letter from a council that isn’t mine and not even close to me that an application for adoption from care has been filed. Its a very short and blunt letter, just says to contact them. It’s titled to ‘Occupier’ there’s no name so isn’t technically addressed to me. I haven’t filed for any adoption! It’s really making my head hurt. I will email the sender of the adoption letter first thing and hopefully get to the bottom of things. I’d have though a letter like that would be more official and contain more info. So strange!
