I am going travelling around Asia soon only for 3 weeks and doing research online bathroom facilities maybe somewhat basic in places 
I am peri menopausal, my period has been coming every 1-3 months and lasting between 8-16 days with some really really heavy flooding 
Can I use Norethisterone if I don’t know when my period is due, what is the longest you can take it for? If I haven’t had a period can I start taking it 2 weeks before I travel to be safe and throughout the holiday, are there any side effects?
Never done this sort of holiday before, normally a week in Spain type but wanted to do something adventurous for my 50th and don’t want to turn it into a tour of Asian toilet facilities.
