We'd all be cycling, but ds would be so happy with unlimited kayaking and SUP boarding as he loves doing that. We are an active family, so this resort looks perfect!

katienana · 06/03/2019 10:26

Wow it looks like a beautiful resort. My kids love the pool but I'd definitely be persuading everyone to have some time on the beach. Really fancy giving paddle boarding a go while the kids are in the kids club!

flamingofridays · 06/03/2019 10:27

looks amazing! we would spend a lot of time in the pool with water baby ds(2)!

i'd be relaxing for a week after a stressful beginning to the year!

The resort looks fantastic!
As a family, we would cycle to wxplore the surrounding area, and kayak.
We’d try out some new watersports, probably wakeboarding in particular, and take the opportunity for the children to brish up on their tennis skills whilst we enjoyed a cold drink or two..
This looks like a brilliant opportunity for the whole family to get active together and I would love to win to experience it Smile

juneau · 06/03/2019 10:32

We would all the love the pools and enjoy trying paddle-boarding and water-skiing. We tried kayaking in Scotland last year, so it would be nice to do that in the sea (we were on a river). An early morning bike ride or an evening game of tennis would be great too. What a gorgeous-looking resort!

DoneAdulting · 06/03/2019 10:33

It looks like an amazing place.

We've never been to Greece, so I'd love experiencing the Greek culture and food.

Our son (6) would love the kids club and probably swimming and water sports.

My husband and I would sit and people watch during the day, maybe take a few bike rides (nothing too strenuous!).

firsttimekat · 06/03/2019 10:33

Wow looks amazing!

Brilliant variety of things on offer to suit different interests. I'd be sending the boys to the beach while I checked out the spa! Love that you've got good age defined childcare options as that has been a problem on previous holidays.

Only problem might be not wanting to come home!

PencereTencere · 06/03/2019 10:35

I'd definitely be giving paddle boarding and kayaking ago while the children were in one of the childcare clubs. We'd all be cycling too.

ShowOfHands · 06/03/2019 10:35

We would definitely be trying the watersports but as a family, cycling would be the first choice. I'd also try really hard to finally master tennis. I've been practising for 35 years and I'm rubbish but I really enjoy trying.

shumway · 06/03/2019 10:37

We like cycling so we'd love to do that. Never tried any watersports so that would be a new experience to try. Swimming and fitness classes sound good. And lots of eating and going out to explore the local area.

DrQuinnMedicineWoman · 06/03/2019 10:38

This looks fantastic! We would def make use of the pools and the beach, although we would give all the water sports a try. My 9 year old would love the kayaking, DH & I would love the scuba diving. Cycling and exploring the resort would also be on the to-do list

sashh · 06/03/2019 10:41

Do you have any facilities for disabled guests? Maybe you should mention them on the website.

JC4PMPLZ · 06/03/2019 10:42

We would get up to so much - have been longing to visit Greece for so long. There would be exploring the 'olive-grove-clad mountains and washed by the dazzling Ionian sea', lots of eating lovely Greek food in the local restaurants, while also enjoying the resort food - and adults drinking good but safe quantities of Retsina (especially while DD and DS are catered for in Kidz and Indy clubs). There would definitely be watersports - especially for DS, who loves water-based play more than anything (apart from Fortnite - and wouldn't it be good to get him off that for a while). We are a biking family - so the two cycling options would be exploited. I need fitness classes - am in a lull - and would so go for this. We would definitely visit Lefkada - and well, it sounds like a dream holiday.

beenandgoneandbackagain · 06/03/2019 10:43

We'd be enjoying the beautiful Greek food, and then working it off kayaking, swimming, and maybe scuba diving too.

Looks like a beautiful resort, especially the suites!

MotherOfWren · 06/03/2019 10:43

It looks amazing! We'd defiantly be in the pool all day my little one loves the water, I'd like to get her to try some water sports too we have another on the way and we'd be spending lots of binding time relaxing by the water 😍

EstrellaDamn · 06/03/2019 10:44

Wow, what a lovely place!

We'd go cycling in the cooler early mornings, swim as it heats up, enjoy a Greek salad for lunch, then definitely get back in the water - kayaking and water polo both sound great!

DoorbellsSleighbellsSchnitzel · 06/03/2019 10:46

We would be doing a lot of swimming, and signing up for a guided bike tour. We'd also be trying out some of the beginners water sport activities, I'd particularly like to give waterskiing a go, and we'd all enjoy kayaking.

A few family games of tennis, perhaps a couple of fitness classes and a good book to sit by the pool with... When can we go? I can be packed by the end of the day!!

EinsteinsArousedSausagesHCB · 06/03/2019 10:48

We'd definitely make the most of the pool and the beach. Explore the area, and partake in some watersports. Also will enjoy some adult downtime while the DC enjoy the kids clubs.

Mammatron · 06/03/2019 10:51

We'd be playing in the pool most of the time! As a single parent I like the idea of a kids club so I could do one of the fitness classes and then have chance to relax sunbathing!

flowerstar19 · 06/03/2019 10:53

Wow! This resort looks amazing, I hadn't heard of Mark Warner holidays before but this type of holiday would be perfect for us! I would love to relax, whilst my husband would look to wakeboard and probably try out some new water sports and it would be wonderful to introduce our eldest son to water sports for the very first time. We might even make use of the childcare and enjoy some much needed downtime together! We have spent many Summer holidays in Greece and the islands but this would be a new area for us so it would be amazing to explore!

MadameJosephine · 06/03/2019 10:55

Sounds lovely. I’ve never been to Greece and I love to get out and experience local cuisine and culture so half board is perfect for that. I’m a single parent with 2 children, DS aged 22 and DD aged 6 with very different needs so having a kids club for the little one while I do grown up things with the eldest would be great but also it sounds like there’s be plenty for the eldest to do while I splash in the pool with the youngest too. As the holiday is for 4 I’d probably see if I could bring my 12 year old nephew too as he’s never been abroad and would love to give some of these activities a try with my son while the girls are off doing something else. The more I type the more I’d love to win, sounds perfect!

Doglikeme · 06/03/2019 10:56

It looks amazing!

I love that everything's included (flights, transfers etc!). I really like hassle free booking, especially with young children.

My DD would be constantly in the water, which is exactly what you want as the children get bored easily. We'd definitely be up for all of the water sports.

I couldn't see what the rooms actually looked like which I think would be a bonus for the website in my opinion. I don't like to book without seeing exactly where we are going !

ComeTheFuck0nBridg3t · 06/03/2019 10:56

Looks positively beautiful!

Greece is on our list of possible destinations for our next family holiday so this would be perfect for us.

We would definitely be making use of the pool, both my teenage step-daughter and younger son are complete water babies.
So to that end, I’m sure we’d inevitably be drawn towards the water sports.
His Lordship and I may even be inclined to do a spot of cycling and explore the area.

It really does sound like an idyllic spot and one we would all thoroughly enjoy exploring and adventuring and relaxing.

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

MargoLovebutter · 06/03/2019 10:56

The MW website makes the resort look fresh, modern and very inviting. We are all watersports enthusiasts, so would really enjoy having access to the sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing etc. I'd also love to do the fitness classes too.

From a comfort and luggage perspective, it is really great to see complimentary beach towels included.

The bedrooms look very smart, but I wonder if they will be very noisy with painted walls and tiled floors?

The one photo I could find of Paleros (apologies if there are more) made it look really charming. It would be quite nice to have a bit more information, as I like getting out to explore the local area. Lefkada is also mentioned, and again it would be nice to know if it were possible to do a day trip.

CountessVonBoobs · 06/03/2019 11:00

I'd be out cycling when I wasn't swimming and windsurfing. DH would be polishing his sailing skills and competing against other experienced sailors. Our 4yo would be having a great time trying everything out in kids club and our baby would be splashing in the pool. Would love to try it.
