Morning all!

Thanks to everyone who entered - this competition is now closed.

This looks perfect for a family holiday! I've been to Greece pre-kids but would love to show my sons what they've (so far) missed out on.

We'd definitely make the most of the facilities for cycling and water sports.

glenthebattleostrich · 06/03/2019 12:31

For us it would be water sports, lazy days by the pool and a bit of exploring. DD (8) loves water and is happiest in a pool with new sports to try.

carnotaurus · 06/03/2019 12:35

We've been with Mark Warner ski on a few occasions but have not tried the summer trip yet, but I love the idea of an active outdoor summer holiday. Pre DC, DH and I were very active and didn't like just pottering by the pool, but while the DC was little, a pool break seemed to work best for us all.

Now DC is a bit older, we would all be up for an active holiday of watersports and fitness. We would all want to try waterskiing, sailing, wind surfing. Is there a lower age limit on these activities?

I'm sure we would also do cycling trips as we go out cycling most weekends here in London. Maybe while there I could find some running routes too.

Looks absolutely stunning. DD has started to really love beach sports and so do I so we would be hitting all of the sports we can! Gorgeous location. I can’t think of anywhere better to spend some time with her.

msbevvy · 06/03/2019 12:43

We would all love a relaxing beach holiday and lazing round the pool but the facilities look so great that we would be sure to make the most of the activities on offer, especially the cycling and kyaking.

needsleepzzz · 06/03/2019 12:44

Looks a beautiful resort! We would certainly be cycling, we have a 2.5yr old who would be in and out of the pool as much as she could be, full on water baby.
We'd also love the kayaking and i'd like to try paddleboarding, though i'd fully expect to fall off :-D
The child care clubs sound great, i don't seem to find many from such a young age, huge plus for parents wanting a little break themselves, i'd certainly use them, while toddler is there i'd be off trying out the water sports or relaxing at the bar.
Outside the resort we'd hire a car and go out and explore
My husband raves about his childhood holidays to Mark Warner resorts

Kleptronic · 06/03/2019 12:45

My son loves sailing and all water sports so that's what we'd be doing.

Toomanycats99 · 06/03/2019 12:46

This looks fantastic. My children have never been on a beach / resort holiday so I don't think they would know where to start! I think the youngest would love to spend time in the pool. The oldest has loved kayaking when she has tried it so I think she would be up for all and any water sports.

They would definitely enjoy trying local food.

And what would I most enjoy.......that it looks like they will be kept busy so I get a chance to relax!

Cupcakeicecream · 06/03/2019 12:48

Wow it looks breathtaking.no better way than to be immersed into one of my favourite cultures and countries. I adore Greece and would love to go back. Mythological and historical aspects has always fascinated and intrigued my curiosity and no better way to than to spend it with my family having fun paddleboarding sailing and scuba diving hoping to catch a glimpse of Poseidon! The resort is beautiful suits the needs of a family perfect with kids pool kids club and family activities for everyone to enjoy. The back drop and scenery are gorgeous the hotel is modern bright yet encapsulated the line between old and new Greece.what a holiday.

FudgeyCookie · 06/03/2019 12:49

Wow it looks lovely! We would be trying scuba diving and cycling! Would love to try paddle boarding too. My partner has never been abroad and this is basically his dream holiday 😂Shock

Hatethewordhun · 06/03/2019 12:51

Myself and my 2 sons would enjoy quality time together, they would absolutely adore the watersports and playing tennis, they are old enough to swim in the adult pool while I enjoyed a much-needed spa, and relaxed, the boys have not had a holiday in 6 years so they would be absolutely overcome with excitement. In the evening we would explore the local tavernas and they would complain about the food and order chips while I appreciated the local cuisine and wonderful Greek hospitality. We would embrace the cycling (even in the heat) and use bikes to explore the area, I would be so happy to be away on a break from reality that I'd ignore the inevitable wrestling and bickering that would occur from teenagers! When this became too much I'd excuse myself and indulge in a fitness class to recharge my batteries. The beaches look amazing and I would love to sit on one of them watching a Greek sunset, drinking a (small) Ouzo to attempt to drown out the sound of boys playing football with anything remotely round that they've found on the beach, while I threaten them with a holiday club! They would love to tryout the kayaking and sailing, I would just watch and enjoy the peace! 🌞

glitterbiscuits · 06/03/2019 12:51

I've got teenagers and I would love some help entraining them on holiday please.
I like the option of getting an instructor to help with some of the activities. That would be worth the extra.

KatnissMellark · 06/03/2019 12:52

Looks fab, ds would love the pool and DH the water sports!

TheHobbitMum · 06/03/2019 12:55

What a beautiful resort! We'd be cycling, kayaking in the mornings and pool lounging and people watching by the afternoon/evening.

I'd prefer a bit more info/photos on the rooms and the local areas that can be explored a bit. Otherwise it looks an amazing resort that we'd love to visit!

Florin · 06/03/2019 12:55

We are an extremely active family especially when it comes to watersports. My husband was originally a windsurfer and I was a dingy sailor and we met when we were 15 sailing. We adore all sports in or on the water and now is the time where we want to get our completly fearless 6.5 year who is desperate to get started. The problem is he just can’t decide what he wants to start with. He is very taken with windsurfing but then he sees a dinghy and wants to give that a go and it would be lovely for him to have the opportunity for him to try a few different things to see what sport is for him and while he is doing it it would be lovely for my husband and I to get a chance for a relaxing sail together, something that rarely happens as childcare is always an issue. We are equally as active on shore as well and would love family games of tennis or maybe I would sneak off to the spa while they played! We have visited Paleros once before, before our son was born when we sailed out of there before on a small yacht and we were completly charmed by its very charming traditional Greek feel and would love to go back to show our son the wonderful things this area of Greece has to offer.

anitagreen · 06/03/2019 12:56

It's got to be the pool it looks divine

Glong1988 · 06/03/2019 13:00

This hotel looks beautiful! I would love to win this because there looks like plenty to do and we have never had a family holiday. This would be amazing to make some memories in such a beautiful hotel.

rholo · 06/03/2019 13:01

The resort looks amazing. Think we would use the kids clubs and enjoy reading in the sun as well as trying to explore the local area. Other than that we'd enjoy the pools and relaxing.

rightreckoner · 06/03/2019 13:01

This looks amazing. We are a single parent family (hope we are eligible!) so an activity holiday works really well for us because it means the children make friends easily and I don't have to be facilitating every activity.

It also tends to mean I meet people too because we've bonded over paddle boarding or a tennis match or whatever it is we've done in the day and that's nice because then the adults share a drink in the evening and the children play together rather than always sitting in separate family groups.

We have started to explore water sports a bit and the children would love to try waterskiing again (me too, maybe, with the right tuition). They love paddle boarding and kayaking so that's a definite yes.

Aside from all the activity, we really enjoy being poolside - them playing and me reading book after book. And in the evenings having a lovely dinner outside and then strolling through a local town for an ice cream.

Moppet5 · 06/03/2019 13:02

We love Mark Warner and the new resort looks fabulous.

My daughter would spend her time at the kids club and between the sessions at the pool. It was a MW kids club leader than helped encourage her to have the confidence to jump in the pool (with water aid) and also swim unaided several years ago.

I would be making the most of the peace and quiet by catching up on reading and attend fitness classes to try and minimise the damage by eating far too much and drinking cocktails!

PetraDelphiki · 06/03/2019 13:03

Looks fabulous - would love the pool and the waterskiing - plus stand up paddleboarding is so much fun!

Kel25 · 06/03/2019 13:06

WOW this resort looks absolutely beautiful!!
We would definitely make the most of the pool and the beach as the kid's love to build sandcastles, they'd also love to partake in some watersports too!
Exploring the area and trying some of the delicious local cuisine would be certainly on our to do list also.

Chocolatecake12 · 06/03/2019 13:10

Wow! This looks like the perfect destination for our next family holiday. My teen and tween would have trouble trying to fit all the activities in! Cycling and kayaking would be top of their list while me and dp would be relaxing by the pool, and trying out a few cocktails!
Be amazing to win!

ItsHardToExplain · 06/03/2019 13:11

Cycling and water sports definitely. I haven’t played tennis for years but I would love to try it again. I would ask my husband to take the children out one day so I could have a relaxing day Smile and promise him a romantic date at one of the restaurants a few cocktails and a walk in return. I would the babysitting service that evening.

PrincessScarlett · 06/03/2019 13:14

What a lovely looking resort.

As a family we would be making use of the pools and cycling. My kids really enjoyed a previous MW kids club so will be making the most of that and all the activities on offer.

My husband is a keen sailor so would be out on the boats trying to persuade the rest of us to join him although having capsized us on a previous holiday he'll have a tough job!

I will be making use of the fitness facilities and getting out for a gentle run with the beautiful scenery all around.

We love MW as it offers something for everyone and it is easy to do your own thing depending on individual interests.
