Just that really - cooking these now but can't decide what to serve them with as they've got sweet potato and split peas in!

You guys are bonkers! You can't serve yellow split peas, red pepper or butternut squash with mashed potatoes!! Or baked beans for that matter Hmm

Anyway, this was the end result - make of it what you will.

As an FYI they're from Aldi. Delicious but odd texture.
