Party bag ideas for year 6

DD is 11 in March and has picked an all class party for her last year in primary school. It's just a church hall, disco, games thing. I'm stuck on party bag ideas thought. Don't want to do plastic tat... I did book people books last year. Has anyone got any ideas that the kids will like and won't cost a bomb??? It's a mix of boys and girls. Thank you!

I do book people books each year. Lovely idea. A packet of seeds for kids to grow like sunflower seeds, if you're feeling generous you can get little pots (not plastic) to go with it, fidget spinners, lip balms (can get them in metal containers), face masks...

Parachord bracelet? Amazon do DIY kits or you bulk buy some chord and clips...

Filled pencil cases. does depend on your budget though but it didn't set us back too far

We did it for DD's birthday some years ago. Home Bargains sold reasonably cheap pencil cases then we got multi packs of rubbers, pens, pencils, rulers and highlighters and just filled them up. Added a couple of mini packs of haribo for good measure :)

DD said people were actually coming into school with them to use so they were at least useful.

Y6? Just a pot of slime or a bag of sweets.

Y6 party bags here always just sweets - usually one big bag/pouch (eg galaxy buttons) or small packs of US sweets

Bag of sweets / chocolates from the pound shop.

Stickers? Notebook and pens from poundland?
