If she is from New Zealand, I'm only "out" by about 7,000 miles (give or take).
Read on Facebook she lives in Los Angeles (albeit 2015) - so that also may be wrong.

I feel really protective over her for some reason, she just seems like she needs a lovely aunty to take her under her wing.

It shows that she’s damaged emotionally in my opinion. Whenever someone has tattoos on their face or rings in their lips and eyebrows I feel they have some emotional damage or have gone through a time of great sadness or struggle.

I don't think facial piercings are in the same league as facial tattoos. Piercings can be easily removed. Tattoos are permanent. Even laser removal treatment leaves a scar.

I know someone with a face tattoo,
He’s a very together guy and is incredibly bright. He is an artist and his tattoo is incredible. He obviously made a bold choice but he went into it knowing the implications and because he wanted to make a statement.

I'm not sure, maybe. It reminds me of the woman who got 'DRAKE' tattooed on her forehead, but Drake lady was a super fan and this feels more like a really sad and warped cry for attention. Like how people would do stupid things like jump in front of cars for vine videos and justify it with 'did it for the vine'.

The tattoo artist and i use that term loosely is called Romeo Lacoste and all the stars go to him.

But hes a shit tattoist.And thats an awful tattoo.Its not even like him.
