No boobs after breastfeeding is this normal?

I haven't breast fed in 18 months and I still have pathetic boobs, i used to be a decent C cup and since breast feeding I'm now an A cup, a B at a push. I hate them. I knew my boobs would change after children and breast feeding but I didn't expect them to disappear! Will they ever come back? Why did no one ever warn me this could happen?!

I have one DD who is 2 if it's relevant.
