Where can I buy longer post earrings?

DD had hers done in Claires and they used the long post earrings as DD has reallllly thick lobes. All good, healed well but on the odd occasion that they've had a bit of swelling (hair trapped etc), the small silver ball at the front seems to be disappearing into her earlobe. I wanted to change them to flatter fronts that are flush against the lobes but can I find any longer post earrings to buy?? Noooooo

Does anyone else have thick lobes and know where to buy from?

Have you tried using labrets or barbells? They are available in different lengths. You can use the ball closure as the front of the earring, and replace it with a more decorative ball.
they are really easy to buy online, from Ebay, or google 'piercing jewelry'. Try 20 gauge to start with.

these ones are expensive but they do have several options for the length of the post, and if you need longer then they do custom orders link. they mostly do mens earrings, but if you scroll through their shop they have a few unisex pairs x
