Sore on side of eye

Is this geographical tongue?

Can't make out the pics. Try to describe in words.

Does his eyes water much, I get chapped at the corners of my eyes all the time xx

GP I think, that tongue doesn't look great.

I suffer from geographic tongue as well as dry skin, dry eyes etc. Has he ever been checked out for autoimmune issues?
FWIW the tongue does look mild, mine usually goes so raw it bleeds. I don’t mean that to be dismissive at all, just trying to reassure you both.

Keep the photos and go to the GP with them.
