Not drink diet fizzy juice and replace it with water

Be kinder to myself especially around my weight

So what would yours be? Kind of a resolution I suppose but I know I won't be able to do this. Next question should be how do you learn to love yourself more!!

I would stop considering other people's feelings as more important than my own.

I'm such a bastard to myself sometimes and I cant LTB when it's me!

Justonedayatatime11 · 02/01/2019 17:32

Have more self belief. I do nothing but put myself down, to myself and everyone around me. I have less than zero self confidence Sad

Be a lot less lazy and actually get up & do stuff!
Eat less crap, be more active.
Lose the weight again and keep it off.
Be a lot less critical of myself and my work and push myself more to make money from my skills.

Use the best china and glasses every day... I'm trying hard not to save things 'for best' and be 'best' all the time

TwinkleyLights · 02/01/2019 18:00

These are sad!

Why can't we be as nice to ourselves as we are to others. Wish I knew Thanks

This is a good thread!
Flowers to everyone.

LearningMySelfWorth · 03/01/2019 01:51

I would get over the guy I've fallen for who is being an immature git right now and not let his seeming indifference get to me.

Threeminis · 03/01/2019 02:08

Stop smoking.
Give myself more respect.

cousineddie · 03/01/2019 03:18

Forgive myself for not being perfect and walk away from those who remind me of it

RunSweatLaughAndLatte · 03/01/2019 07:05

Forgive myself of my mistakes rather than ruminating on them daily with disdain and contempt for myself and all involved.
