I am desperate to try some different homemade British food! So need some ideas :) thanks in advance.

Gammon with spuds, broad beans and parsley sauce.
Cauliflower cheese. Celeriac is also very nice in a cheese sauce.
Kippers with brown bread and butter v. nice for breakfast or light lunch or supper.
Welsh rarebit. Crumpets and muffins.
