Offal isn't for everyone, but I love liver and onions with mash.
Gammon with spuds, broad beans and parsley sauce.
Cauliflower cheese. Celeriac is also very nice in a cheese sauce.
Kippers with brown bread and butter v. nice for breakfast or light lunch or supper.
Welsh rarebit. Crumpets and muffins.
