Anyone else awake?

Was woken up by birds singing about an hour ago and can't get back to sleep. Now sitting quietly in the kitchen with tea feeling very anxious. Anyone else?

I'm awake with sickness. Watching a film and trying not to snack again!

I’m awake. I’ve been awake since 4am. DH is snoring, and I just can’t get back to sleep.

Yes, DH has a dreadful cold and is snoring really loudly, and keeping me awake, he can go into the spare room tonight now that DS has gone home, I wish he was in here now, but don't want to wake him up as he will probably make even more racket with the sniffing sneezing and coughing. Good job I didn't bother to strip the bed after DS left as DH can sleep in there and then the cold infested sheets can get a hot wash after and saves washing sheets twice.

Now the birds are singing here, we always get plenty with a thatched roof.
