I don't really post much on Mumsnet but have done a namechange for this anyway. I've saw a few of these threads befire so thought this shopping list I found on the floor of the supermarket might be appreciated

Might work. I'm sure a friend told me, many years ago now, that overeating bread gave her constipation?!
