these people

There are a couple of things I really like, but just wondering if they were worth the money.

Bumping as I'm also wondering the same thing....

Nope. Bought a ring. Had to return it a first time as it lost a stone within 6 months. They reluctantly agreed to replace it, (not without implying that it was my fault for overwearing it. It was an eternity ring - you know - something that should last forever!)

The exact same thing happened to the replacement and I had to properly fight for my money back, less all postage charges that I'd had to pay, to send back my goods by recorded delivery (at their request, for them to inspect) They then told me that it was probably my fault as the ring looked tight on my finger. It wasn't. However, I love being told that I have fat hands.

They were petulant and unhelpful regarding the crappy quality of their merchandise, and I wouldn't go near them again.

Can you tell I'm still cross?! Grin

Yes, I have some lovely earrings and a necklace from them. Both imitation solitaire diamonds and they sparkle almost like the real thing.

I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a couple of their bracelets and both broke. They paid for the return postage and replaced both bracelets. One of the bracelets lost another stone and thsi time they aren't so eager to replace it. I have to pay for the postage for it to be examined. I don't believe i can be that unlucky, it must be faulty products.
