Does anyone remember this song from school?

We sang it in music assembly in infant school so would have been mid 80s.

You pointed to parts of your body but instead of the correct word it was funny versions - I can’t remember exactly but I think mouth was cake-eater and eyes were ‘something’-blinkers.

You started with the head then the next verse was eyes and the chorus was pointing at the body parts in reverse order then saying something like ‘nick nock woo, that’s what they say at school’

It’s driving me mad trying to remember it.
My sisters (a year either side of me) don’t remember and say I’m making it up but I know I’m not!

Didnt sing it at school but I've heard this at baby gym, 10 or so years ago. Nose was 'smell box' I think! I can remember the tune but not most of the words. 'This is my smell box said my teacher dear... (list of bizarre body parts). That's what they taught me when I went to school.'
