Could a 1 year old cat pull down a large Christmas tree?

Was about to get a fake tree because of the nightmare of a real tree possibly being pulled over by the cat.
But now I can't find any good fake ones.
If I got a real 6/7 ft one, could she pull it over? Thanks

My cat has never bothered with our real Christmas tree.

My 5 month old kitten pulled down a 7ft real tree a few years ago! He used tinsel like a tow rope Hmm twas an awful mess little bugger!

I think my cat would climb the tree and pull at the baubles, she loves all of that sort of thing. But would she be strong enough to accidentally pull it down?

Ours just knocks the baubles off. When she was a kitten though she brought down a fake tree as it was quite lightweight. You should be ok with a big heavy 7 footer.

Pine needles can cause serious problems if ingested by cats Careful if it’s a real tree....
