Hangover cures

Help me , my works doo last night and I may have overindulged shall we say . I've the usual symptoms plus I have been sick about 3 times and I can't eat . Hangover cures please ?
And is anyone else rough? ill sympathise with you even if it is self inflicted 🤢🤮

I'd like to pretend it was something I ate but definitely self inflicted. The vomiting has been through the day not just this evening.
For anyone who wants a update I've just had some salt & vinegar crisps with a coke and I do feel slightly better so thanks for that suggestion
