I ordered and paid for four items from a well-known shop, one item was a microwave, so not cheap. Really excited as the items are retro style all to match.
The delivery driver only delivered one item so I asked him where the others were, he replied that he only had one item and could I sign for it. I checked the sign form and it said it was for onr item so I signed that.
Went to the Hermes tracking page which says that the order was delivered, using the one reference number as if it's all together although I only signed for one item.
No mention of when the others would be delivered anywhere, an
Called customer services at Hermes and waited 35 minutes for an answer only for someone to say he was passing me onto someone, which he failed to do, and the whole wait was 50 minutes with nothing at which time I hung up.
Tried again, got 45 minutes wait for nothing.
The goods were made by Swan, I ordered the items from Curry's website and the delivery firm was Hermes.
