What do I want for Christmas?

I can’t think what to ask for for Christmas.
I have a budget of £50 and am stumped.

I tend to just buy things that I want throughout the year.
I like nice body lotion but I usually wait for the sales, I resent spending the full price for them. I like cosy things but don’t want to replace my pjs or anything as I have some I got last year and it seems a waste to buy more when there’s nothing wrong with my old pairs.

I’ve bought everyone else’s presents, the awkward one is me!

What’s everyone else getting? Inspire me.

I get something to eat, something to drink, something to wear and something to read.

Last year I got gin, Turkish delight, Alan Bennet's diaries and a beautiful old lapis lazuli necklace.

My list is:
crafting/organising:
-laminator
-paper trimmer
-cutting kit for sewers/quilters
-friction and heat erasable pen
-small printer

Other:
-sheepskin/wool boots or slippers (not uggs, so cheaper)
-wicker baskets
-small digital notepad
-anything with a dachshund on it

hlob · 30/11/2018 22:01

@Mercedes519 the kind who works with wool or the kind who works with men?

Papewrath · 01/12/2018 12:40

How did your dh break your watch???

He took it to the press at work, put the anti-shock protection down, then put in in the press to push the back plate back in. Except the glass shattered. He says... At home he tried thumping it with a beer bottle and when that didn't work he got DD to sit on it...so I'm not entirely convinced he didn't try with a hammer Grin

Board games for what age?

Calvinsmam · 01/12/2018 17:10

Grin well that’s definitely one way to break a watch!

One you can play with the family.

I think I’m going to ask for vouchers so I can buy things in the sales.
