Parking at the 02

I’m going to the O2 tomorrow to see the supervet. It starts around 6. Do you think that I will find parking easily if I drive? Or should I go on the train? Any experience welcome, thank you.

Trying to get out of there afterwards the traffic is horrific. Then again I’ve had this from concerts that finish after 10pm not things that start that early so maybe it will be better.

If you park at Westfield in Stratford you can get the jubilee, it's only a couple of stops. Much cheaper and depending where you live will mean you don't have all the Blackwell tunnel traffic to get you home

The carpark is massive so finding a space wont be an issue however its not cheap. Cost £25 last time i was there but found it alot less hassle than trains.

Parked there a few times for big popular concerts. Paid in advance which I would do today if I were you. You are guaranteed a space then. It is expensive I think we paid £20 a couple of times then £22 so quite possibly £25 now. We have only ever taken 10-15 minutes to exit the car park. Don’t know if we’ve just been lucky but for us going in the evening as a group of women and children it was worth it to know we could just walk out and into the car. I consoled myself that even if it did take a while to get out of the car park the kids had snacks and drinks and we were all safe and warm. Hope you enjoy the super vet.

Thank you all. I think I will drive, am going with my son so will be a lot easier getting home in the car rather than DLR and train.

I second the suggestion to park at Westfield Stratford, masses of parking and v easy to get to the O2

There is car parking at the 02 but it gets very busy plus Greenwich market is on which is also busy. There is a train station at the 02 and also a river boat direct to the arena.
