I'm 9 and a half stone, and would like to drop a stone. I've lost a stone in the past year and cant seem to shift anymore.

Does anyone have any advice on how to loose that last bit of weight?

Going against the grain, maybe you aren’t eating enough for the exercise you are doing?

Have a look at team rh fitness. I am 5’5 and 10.5 stone and losing weight on 1700cals a day (1.5 stone down so far). That is doing a standard amount of exercise (just had surgery so limited to walking still). Back in the day when I was running 20 miles a week I think they would have had me on more than 1700 cals judging by the posts.

You don't have another stone to lose. People are massively projecting on this thread. Personally at 9.5 I have a wobbly belly and bum and my thighs look quite chunky, but that is me. Different people carry weight differently. It's a personal thing.

Thanks 2choose I will have a look.

I don't have body dysmorphia, I'm a classic apple shape which unfortunately means I carry my weight on my stomach - if I was to carry it differently/evenly maybe I wouldn't be bothered.

WhoisyourDaddyandwhatdoeshedo Your own 'perfect' or 'goal' weight is based on you and your body not other people and there own personal opinions of there bodies.
