Which trade to mend drains?

I think that the top tube bit of the drain needs to be re cemented to stop RATS ( ) coming put, and going under the patio.

The patio is fucked too now and needs to be relaid/redone. But first, I want the rats to be cemented away.

But who am I gonna call?

Not ghostbusters or pest control. For the drains.

Cement, or even concrete won't stop rats. By the time it goes off, they'll be through it. A decent hard landscape company could relay the patio, in doing so rid you of the rats, and grout round the pipe.

So would a hard landscaper sort the drain bit out too?

Quick set would be ok. Yes, the drain would be a simple job for them.
