The reporting is dreadful as much of it is made up! The video clearly shows someone come out if house and put a note on the windscreen of what I assume is her car, parked well away from their bloody bollards and it's that she reacts to. She doesn't hurl the bricks at the house, just drops them over the wall. Her neighbours come off as entitled twonks tbh. Where's the cottage of the brick bouncing off the front door? I don't see it.
