I'm watching the news. Laura Kuensberg(?) has given a report, standing outside parliament in the dark with the wind blowing her hair all over the place. Why? The BBC has a perfectly good Westminster studio, so there's no need for her, the camera and sound engineers, make-up people(possibly) to be outside at all. They're not waiting for an odd MP to pass by and be interviewed
