CF parking ?

Arrived home just now to someone parked in my space. Have had to block them in by parking behind them as baby needed changing and feeding.

This hasn't happened before in the 18 months I've lived here!

Trumpets and makes a grand entrance... to nothing.

MouseBatMummy · 03/11/2018 18:47

Any update op? ( she asks as she reaches for the wine in warm anticipation...)

WeeDangerousSpike · 03/11/2018 18:53

Ooohhh, a live one! Grin

Placemarking... I mean sending you my heartfelt commiserations for your predicament.
Def not settling in for a good parking thread, no not me GrinGrin

GreenTurtle1 · 03/11/2018 18:58

Sorry about delay I have been busy with the little one!

Unfortunately I'm a sucker as they came along with my next door neighbour and knocked. They both did apologise profusely and neighbour said she forgot to tell them not to park there. They had very young children with them so I'd have felt a bit bad saying no!

Sorry I can't give you more drama this time 😫

FuzzyCustard · 03/11/2018 19:05

Your neighbour "forgot" to tell them not to park in someone else's private labelled parking space??? Do me a favour....They are still CFs.

SawnUpLooRoll · 03/11/2018 19:05

puts wine back in the fridge

WeeDangerousSpike · 03/11/2018 19:12

Fair enough OP, I probably would have apologised for being in their way so I can't criticise!

However, I have never had to be told not to park in a numbered space directly outside someone else's house. Maybe that's just me...

rainbowquack · 03/11/2018 19:14

Point made.

I had this last weekend. Someone parked in my workspace. I kept an eye out but they never appeared. I left a note on saying it was a private space that I paid for and needed access to everyday for work. The car didn't move all weekend.
On Monday morning thé note was on the ground.

Now they park in the spot next to mine. Still haven't seen who it is though. CF

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 03/11/2018 19:19

Hmmmm, well, I mean ok then, but now I’m going to have to turn to Strictly for Saturday night entertainment. Maybe they just borrowed the young children to make you feel bad? (Desperately clutches at straws......obviously paper or stainless steel and not single use plastic.....)

RavenLG · 03/11/2018 19:21

I’ve just ordered a Chinese to comfort eat away the disappointment of this outcome OP I hope you’re happy I’m just joking I would have done the same thing, no backbone

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 03/11/2018 19:25

Fair enough Grin

strumpetblowingatrumpet · 03/11/2018 19:30

But but but... I didn't get the chance to suggest penguin bollards!! ☹️ 🐧

Hoppinggreen · 03/11/2018 19:30

Well let’s hope your neighbor doesn’t forget to tell them not to help themselves to any more of your stuff shall we?
