I love these threads, always good for ideas for meals.

We are having sweet potato and Moroccan chicken quesadillas. Maybe a bit much with double carbs but they are too nice to say no to.

Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and toast. DC had sandwiches leftover from yesterday's Halloween party because they don't like eggs.

Friends came over - Moroccan chicken with chickpeas and rice, autumn fruit steamed pud. Enough left over to feed me for the next two days, so feet up now!

@buffalocauliflower mince beef, chopped bacon, mushrooms and onions instead of fillet steak coated with pâté and duxelles. Very studenty!
