What's your most pressing or dreaded task on your to do list? Are you going to get it out the way today? I'm trying to be more motivated so find if I make 3 goals for a day and absolutely have to do them then I make progress. They probably don't seem like massive things but often I get in a flap having so much to do and don't get anything done.
Mine are:
Get prescription - done
Clean out fridge
Get DC bed changed and new bedding on
